The content that is provided on your membership site can come from a variety of sources. It can be freshly written by you, freshly written by a ghostwriter, rewritten from private label rights products, or it can come from free resources and not be rewritten.
You must be careful here, however. Remember that if someone can get something for free, and it is easy to find, they have no reason to pay you for it. Really consider using fresh content that is not available from other sources, if possible.
Hiring a ghostwriter is much easier and affordable than one might imagine. Surf over to Rent-A-Coder and place a bid request for ghostwriting services. Be specific about the number and length of articles that you need. State the topic as well. You will be amazed at the bids that you receive. The average cost of an article at a site like this is under $10 per article.
Also note that content does not have to be written/printed content. Content comes in a variety of forms. For example, a database is content. Audios and videos are content also. Tools could be considered content. Content can be created and in place for your members – or your members could create the content, as is the case with a subscription based forum.
Sit down with a pen and paper – or open up a text document – and start planning the content that is needed for your site. Make a list of the topics that should be covered. For example, for medicinal herb gardening, you might want to include a database of herbs, what those herbs cure or alleviate, and how the herbs are to be used.
You might want a database of dangerous herbs that are not to be used. You would of course want to include information for selecting seeds or young plants, preparing the soil, etc. Again, you can go in numerous different directions with just about any topic. Just remember that your site is going to grow over time, so while you do need a good collection of content for your members to start, you don’t have to have the whole ball of wax to open for business.
One of the biggest mistakes that Internet Marketers can make is to not ask their future customers or members what they want. The surest way to sell anything is to ask the market what they want, and then to provide that very thing to them.

You’ve probably heard some pretty big talk online about who is making what and who just made a killing with their big launch, etc., etc.
In fact, perhaps you even heard about Jason James and his Uncut Marketing launch a while back? In the first month following the launch he grossed a whopping $214,352.14.
That’s pretty staggering, especially when you consider that this was his first big launch and he had only delved into Internet Marketing full time in May of 2005.
You may be wondering what that has to do with you. Well, it’s not really about Jason’s terrific numbers or his massive launch. Nope… not one bit. It’s about what he learned from the people he worked on with this project. You see, Jason convinced several of today’s top marketers to spill their guts and tell him what they did that made them successful.
They all shared their own secrets for success. What was particularly interesting is that every one of these marketers shared one strategy. They had different ideas about everything else, but… Membership Sites.
That’s right… they all made incredible fortunes with the residual income of various Membership Sites.
This is what $214,352.14 has to do with you. Jason has taken everything he learned from that incredible product and packaged it up so that anyone can start their own Membership web site, and profit like mad.
In his brand new “Membership Riches“, Jason shares every bit of his formula for building, and more importantly, filling membership sites, that will send floods of cash headed your way… Every single month… Like clockwork…
And before you think that Jason is just regurgitating what he learned… think again. His AuctionResourceNetwork eBay member site made him nearly $250,000 in 2005.
This couldn’t be more A-Z and step by step if you wanted it to be. You would seriously have to try to not be
successful to not make it with Jason’s formula.
If you’re ready to drive an incredible stream of income to your bank account every month, then you need to move quickly. He is offering 50% off right now. So go check it out; http://membershipsitewealth.com/membershipriches.php

The tools that you make available to your site members depend on the niche that you have chosen. For example, a diet membership site may include a BMI calculator or a calorie calculator. Think about the types of tools that your members might appreciate, remembering that everything that you provide adds value to the membership.
You may be able to purchase a license for existing tools, or have new tools created. To have tools created for your members, visit a site such as Script Lance or Rent-A-Coder to find freelance programmers to get the work done. You will be amazed at just how affordable this can be.
To work with these sites, you simply sign up as a buyer and post your bid request. The sellers on the site will make bids on your bid request, and you should be able to look at their profiles and their ratings. You then choose the one that you think will do the best job for the money, and the funds for that job are then put into escrow through the site.
Once the job is completed to your satisfaction, you approve the work, and the funds are released to the seller. If you are not satisfied, the funds come back to you. Make sure that you discuss how copyrights and documentation will be handled before you award a bidder with your work!
You may find that you need additional tools as you go along. The important thing is that you do indeed obtain the tools that you need. It really does take money to make money, and even though you have to shell out some funds now for those tools, think of it as the cost of doing business, and just make sure that you keep receipts so that you can deduct it all from your tax bill at the end of the year. Don’t skimp!
